About Aheeva

Created in 2000, originally as a Services Provider Consultant, Aheeva took advantage of the IT and telecommunications expertise of its founders to launch into the development of an innovative and successful solution for contact centers.

In March, 2003, Aheeva discovered Asterisk©, the telephony and IPBX application with open source code for Linux and was the first software editor to adopt the Asterisk© technology to develop a solution for contact centers and to set it up in its own contact center: Atelka.

A successful initiative, Atelka is today over 2 500 agents strong, located on 7 sites.

Recognizing the demand in solutions for an effective, profitable and corporate communication solution based on IP technology, Aheeva concentrated its efforts on the development of its solution, AheevaCCS, whose quality competes with that of major international suppliers, and quickly drew the international market's interest.

Today, Aheeva benefits from an international network of partners and prestigious clients working in all sectors of the customer relations chain.
