As Chief Executive Officer for Aheeva, Georges Karam is responsible for ensuring the success of overall operations, guiding the company direction, and establishing Aheeva Technology Inc. as a leader in developing and providing innovative and effective IP call center solutions.

Under Mr. Karam’s direction, Aheeva continues to expand and has established offices in Montreal and Toronto, attracting global resellers. In 2003, Aheeva launched Atelka, a successful and growing contact center, using Aheeva’s IP-based solution.

Prior to co-founding Aheeva in 2000, Mr. Karam held positions at Univoc and Elix. Expert in Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and telecommunications and telephony protocols, Mr. Karam brings more than 12 years of experience to Aheeva.

Mr. Karam holds a Bachelor of Computer Sciences from l'Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and a Masters of Business Administration from HEC Montréal.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As Chief Operating Officer and Aheeva co-founder, François Lambert is responsible for operational activities, product management, engineering and technical support. An advocate of continuous research and advancement of technology, Mr. Lambert guides the development of highly competitive and effective IP contact center solutions. Also COO for Atelka, the successful contact center launched by Aheeva in 2003, Mr. Lambert works closely with the Aheeva Contact Center Solution in action.

Prior to launching Aheeva and Atelka, Mr. Lambert held positions as the Director of Products and Director of Integration at Elix, specializing in computer telephony.

Mr. Lambert has more than 17 years of telecommunications and contact center experience, and holds a Bachelor of Finance and Economics from the University of Quebec in Hull.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Gilles Fagnan joined Aheeva in 2005 as Vice President of Finance and Administration, responsible for managing financial performance, human resources, recruitment and general administration.

Prior to joining Aheeva, Mr. Fagnan gained extensive knowledge of the contact center industry as general manager of Teleperformance, a leading Canadian call center, and more recently served as controller for an international printing company. As both Director of Corporate Accounting and Director of Accounting and Treasury for a major insurance provider, he developed sound experience in the banking and insurance sectors.

Mr. Fagnan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from l'Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), and is a Certified General Accountant (CGA). Mr. Fagnan is a member of The Canadian Corporation of Chartered Administrators.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Claude Klimos joined Aheeva in 2002, as both IT Director and partner. Mr. Klimos participated in the development of Aheeva CCS, the successful Asterisk-based IP contact center suite, and continues to oversee technical operations. Responsible for planning project scopes, architecture and integration, he supervises Aheeva projects and assists with presales.

Prior to joining Aheeva, Mr. Klimos held Senior Analyst and Researcher positions at Univoc and Elix, specializing in computer telephony solutions. Applying more than 15 years of experience in developing and managing call center solutions, he also holds the IT Director position for Atelka, where he works directly with Aheeva’s innovative software.

Mr. Klimos holds a Bachelor of Computer Sciences from l'Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), and a Masters of Computer Sciences.
