Aheeva CCS (Contact Center Suite) from the Canadian company Aheeva Technology wins the coveted Best-of-Show award at ICMI’s Annual Call Center Exhibition. November 6, 2006 (Montreal, Canada) — Organized this last September in Seatle by the International Customer Management Institute (ICMI), the ACCE features the largest exhibition of contact center solutions in the market. And there, amongst fellow contact center representatives and experts, Aheeva was selected to be one of this year’s winners of the coveted Best-of-Show award. The award is presented to companies that participated in the Annual Call Center Exhibition and that have demonstrated superior innovation, dedication and pursuit of excellence in providing their products and services to the market.
