Aheeva releases Version 2.2 of its Asterisk based IP Contact Center Suite

September 21, 2006 (Montreal, Canada) — Aheeva Contact Center Suite (CCS) v2.2 is revolutionizing how contact centers can take advantage of unified technology to increase customer interaction effectiveness and reduce capital and operational costs. Version 2.2 is a fully featured and smarter IP contact center software with improved quality monitoring tools and multilingual graphical user interface available in English, Spanish and French. Resource protection is further enhanced by additional security settings on user privileges and access rights. And yet, Version 2.2 remains a cost-effective solution based on the Asterisk IP-PBX.
