No trace cookies will be left on your hard drive; only session cookies will be used to identify current sessions during navigation on .asp type pages. No information may be obtained from these cookies.

However, we do use our server log-files in order to collect statistics. The information used is general data (i.e.: the number of site visitors, the most frequently visited pages, the sites that refer the greatest number of visitors, etc.) and not personal information.

Accessing your personal information

Every user who sent personal information (name, address, curriculum vitae, etc.) to Aheeva has free and open access to all information relating to his/her person, and may therefore ask to be made aware, via email and free of charge, of all information held by Aheeva relating to his/her person.

Unless you make a formal request to have your records deleted, your personal information is stored over an indefinite period of time.

IMPORTANT: For identification and confidentiality purposes, please provide the following information when making your file requests:

Given name and surname
Email address used when you filled out the online form

Failure to provide us with one or more of the above will prevent us from fulfilling your request.

Security of your personal information

How? Your personal information is maintained on a server protected from intrusions by a firewall. The server itself is enclosed in a locked-access room, this one being located in locked-access premises protected by an alarm system, located in a secure building that is locked during non-business hours.
Why? Your personal information is stored for reference, communication and identification purposes only. Unless you make a formal request to have your records deleted, your personal information is stored over an indefinite period of time.

We, at Aheeva, certify that your personal information will not be given, loaned nor sold to anyone and that you will not fall victim to any undue solicitation on our behalf.
