Cédric Quintard

Position: General Manager

Cédric Quintard joined Aheeva in 2007 by opening the first office in Paris and by taking charge of the sales management for the EMEA zone. His main mission was to develop new markets and partnership and to ensure the satisfaction of existing customers.

Since January 2011, he is responsible for the General Management of Aheeva. His main objective is to ensure the continuity of the global success of the company by giving new orientations which will allow Aheeva to pursue its growth and become a leader in the development and marketing of innovative and successful contact center solutions.

Cédric Quintard acquired 12 years of experience in the market of customer relations, in particular as Project Director of SECA (European contact centers exhibition) from 2002 to 2007.

Claude Klimos

Position: CTO

Claude Klimos joined Aheeva in 2002, as both IT director and partner. Mr. Klimos participated in the development of AheevaCCS, the successful Asterisk-based IP contact center suite, and continues to oversee the technical operations.

Prior to joining Aheeva, Mr. Klimos held senior analyst and researcher positions at Univoc and Elix, specializing in computer telephony solutions. Applying more than 15 years of experience in developing and managing contact center solutions, he also holds the IT director position for Atelka, where he works directly with Aheeva's innovative software.
Mr. Klimos holds a Bachelor of Computer Sciences from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), and a Masters of Computer Sciences.

Jad Karam

Position: Product Manager

Jad Karam joined Aheeva in 2007 as Product Manager. He is responsible for the company's product research and development activities while guiding all aspects of the application life cycle management.

Collaborating extensively with the teams and partners, he determines Aheeva's product strategy and makes sure the product is aligned with the needs of the market and customers.

Jad Karam holds a software engineering degree from École Polytechnique de Montréal.

Laurent Guillaux

Position: Project Manager

Laurent Guillaux joined Aheeva in September 2010 as a Project Manager. He is in charge of the integration projects and joins in during the pre-sales phases. He is also responsible for the support and training centers based in Montreal and in Beirut. As such, he is also responsible for the implementation of new procedures to ensure an optimal quality of service.

Mr. Guillaux has 15 years of experience in contact centers and customer relationship sector. Before joining Aheeva, he managed the office of a major call centre software editor located in Montreal. He was also engaged in the role of project administration and project development.

Mr. Guillaux holds a university degree in electronics and in computing as well as a PMP certification.

Mario Kreslin

Position: Sales Manager : South America, South Africa, Eastern Europe and Asia

Mario Kreslin joined Aheeva in May 2004 as Business Development Manager. Mr. Kreslin used his experience to help Aheeva spin off Atelka and start marketing AheevaCCS.
Success has been achieved in every continent. Today Mr. Kreslin is the primary sales driver, managing Channel Partners.

Mr. Kreslin brings a sales experience, both in managing partner channels as well as selling to large corporate clients, of over 20 years.

Joseph Kutlu

Position: Business Development Manager : US, North America, Europe and Middle East

Joseph Kutlu joined the Aheeva team in January 2012 as Business Development Manager to serve existing clients and develop new areas through new customers and new resellers.

Before joining Aheeva, Joseph worked as a Product Manager for IBM, Belkin and Kingston to promote their services offered by being the primary point of contact for large sales organizations in the US & Canadian resellers space.

Joseph Kutlu brings therefore an extensive 10 years knowledge in sales and marketing, alongside with great core competencies in the information technology and telecom sector.

Mr Kutlu holds a certificate of marketing and a diploma in Finance at Concordia University.

Stéphanie Dunglas

Position: Marketing & Communication Manager

Stéphanie Dunglas joined the Aheeva teams in September 2011 as Marketing and Communication Manager. She is in charge of the development of the communication tools and marketing operations regarding the growth of Aheeva and its range of products.

Mrs. Dunglas has 12 years of experience in BtoB communication, specifically in the event sector where she developed several new products.

Mrs. Dunglas holds a Master II in International Business and Intercultural Negotiation from the Universite Paris X.
