Services - Training

Any new integration project of the AheevaCCS application includes a complete on-site training, covering all the solution features. Upon completion of the training, the participants can take an exam and obtain a certification.

Aheeva also offers additional training on their entire range of products. These training sessions can be provided on your premises, on Aheeva's premises or via our e-learning platform. Training programs are adapted according to the role of the participants (administrator, supervisor, agent...). The training sessions can be given in French, English or Spanish.

Our trainers being DCAP certified, we can also organize Asterisk© training sessions.
