We know that deploying and maintaining a contact center solution is no trivial task.  Contact center solutions are complex with lots of moving parts that need to work together in order to deliver reliable services.   There’s even an old joke, “Deploying and managing new business software is like changing the engines on a 747, in-flight.”

In fairness, it’s likely that no one is actually going to die or be injured in this process of implementing new contact center software, but ensuring the sort of success that both your management and your customers expect still requires careful thought and planning.  And that level of careful thought and planning requires a highly trained and knowledgeable staff.

At Aheeva, we understand the complexities you face running your business and are committed to providing the training and education necessary for all of our partners and clients to succeed. As part of that commitment, we are pleased to announce our first training of the new year to be held February 19th to the 23rd in Mexico City, Mexico.

The AheevaCCS training course will cover a wide range of topics and will be taught by one of Aheeva’s expert senior engineers.  The course will run for five days, culminating in a certification exam at the end of the coursework.  Students that complete the training and successfully pass their exam will become Aheeva Certified for our latest version:  V7.5.

During the week of training, we will cover course topics such as:

  • Installation
  • Initial Setup
  • Configuring agents
  • Creating IVRs (Simple and complex)
  • Creating outbound campaigns
  • Setting up chat
  • Setting up social media
  • Troubleshooting

This training course promises to be a detailed and highly technical training that will touch on every part of the Aheeva platform.  Those who would like to attend this course should already have:

  • An excellent command of Linux
  • Thorough understanding of networking
  • Experience working with databases such as MySQL & MongoDB
  • Good knowledge of SIP /  VoIP

For that reason, we recommend having multiple people fully trained and certified.  With our economical group training, you can prevent the problems that inevitably arise when only a single individual holds such critical and specialized knowledge.  If possible, we recommend you send at least 2 people to the training.
