Integration and Professional Services Specialist

Aheeva Technology is a well-established developer and provider of Contact Center software solutions, recognized for its reliable and complete suite of “Omnichannel, Omnibrand, Omnilocation” platform that delivers mission critical services and features to BPOs / Application providers, Telcos, and Corporates.

We at Aheeva are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Integration and Professional Services Specialist to lead our efforts in delivering seamless integration solutions and professional services of Aheeva CCS to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background, and experience in managing and executing software integration projects.

The ideal candidate for this position is a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The candidate should be able to identify potential issues before they arise and should be comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the integration of our on-premises and cloud Aheeva solution into client systems or with third-party software, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
  • Oversee a team of integration specialists and professional services consultants, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering, to tailor integration strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of integration projects, from initial scoping and planning to execution, testing, and customer sign-off.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide expert knowledge of our products and stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Track project progress, and adjust timelines and priorities as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Develop best practices, documentation, and tools to improve the efficiency and quality of integration projects.


  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software integration, professional services, or a related field within the software industry
  • Telephony experience, particularly Voice-over-IP and WebRTC
  • Good Knowledge of back-end languages (e.g. Node.js, Java) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js, Vue.js)
  • Experience with REST APIs and RESTful web services
  • Good knowledge     of Linux
  • Demonstrated excellent client-facing communication skills, both written and verbal, and teamwork skills
  • Great attention     to detail and an analytical mind
  • Good project management skills with experience in Agile or related methodologies
  • Technical proficiency with various integration methods such as APIs, middleware, and custom connectors
  • Familiarity with call centers
  • Willingness to meet with clients or manage on-site integrations.
