This model is designed for dynamic, high-variability environments where the number of concurrent agents fluctuates throughout the day or across shifts. Instead of paying for named or fixed licenses, businesses are billed based on the highest average number of concurrent agents per day. This model is ideal for organizations operating in multiple shifts, managing part-time or freelance teams, or responding to irregular daily demand — without overpaying for capacity they don’t consistently use.
